Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
• Perfumes, cosmetics and personal-care items can only be returned if sealed.
• Wrong, damaged or defective items are replaced free of cost.

How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. We will confirm and share the return address.
3. Refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 working days of receiving the item.
